Uche Ogwudu, Esq. LL.M

Mr. Uche Ejike Ogwudu, is one of the counsel in the Firm. He obtained the degree of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with honours from Enugu State University in 1999 and Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) from the Rivers State University, Port Harcourt.

He is currently undergoing a doctorate degree programme in Law at the same University. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in January 2001, and has worked with the Central Bank of Nigeria, Philip Ndubuisi Umeh (SAN) & Co., Dr. Joseph Nwobike (SAN) & Co., among others.

He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), International Bar Association (IBA), a knight of St. Mulumber and a Notary Public For Nigeria.

Mr. Ogwudu’s major areas of practice are election petitions, civil and criminal litigation as well as commercial and corporate law practice. He has acquired immeasurable experience through his engagement in many high net-worth transactions and landmark litigations in various courts in Nigeria, over two (2) decades.
