Position Overview
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflows, excellent customer service, and efficient team performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory, restocking, and merchandise presentation.
Ensure the store meets cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
Manage scheduling, payroll inputs, and staff performance.
Qualifications
Prior retail or management experience (bin store or discount retail experience is a plus).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
