Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of the company, providing exceptional service to visitors and supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Maintain and update visitor logs and sign-in sheets.
• Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is adequately stocked.
• Respond to general inquiries from visitors and staff with accurate information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Required Work Hours

The Receptionist position requires availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
