EverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and and parking lot maintenance company that proudly has a location in the Austin, Tx metropolitan area. We provide high quality line painting and pavement maintenance services for parking lots, roadways, parking garages and warehouses. In addition to painting services, we offer power sweeping, power washing, asphalt sealcoating, crackfiling and more. We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance and Line Striping Technician for our Austin, Tx crew.

As the technician, you will work with a small team that performs a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city. This position has excellent opportunity to grow with the company. Your commitment and work ethic will be rewarded. At Everline, we do what it takes to complete the mission on a daily basis. This is a full time position and nights and some weeks will be required. So flexibility is key.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Participate in the work of the team that does the below)

• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crackfilling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more

• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project

• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager

• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

• Additional tasks as required

WHAT YOU BRING

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation

• You are self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve

• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)

• Ability to work well independently unsupervised

• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset

• Technical ability with engines and machines is an asset

• Experience in line striping and / or pavement repair is an asset
