Job Title: Medical Device Sales Representative
Location: Remote in WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Base Salary: $60,000
Incentive: 3–5% commission on sales (Average annual earnings: $80K–$100K; top performers $200K+)

Position Summary

The Medical Device Sales Representative is responsible for selling our products across the U.S., creating marketing plans for an assigned territory, researching competitors, generating leads, and growing brand awareness. This role includes performing product installation and training, building and maintaining customer relationships, and seeking additional business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for your territory

  • Generate leads and increase brand visibility

  • Attend trade shows, national meetings, and participate in sales training

  • Assist with advertising, articles, and collateral materials

Customer Relations:

  • Perform product installations and provide training to customers

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

  • Collect payments and manage trade-ins or lease arrangements

Reporting & Administration:

  • Enter customer data, leads, and sales activity into CRM

  • Prepare sales forecasts, monthly reports, and Demo In Field inventory reports

  • Submit expense reports, installation checklists, and other required documentation

Financial & Analytical:

  • Calculate ROI for customers

  • Collect outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue balances

  • Report product performance issues to management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar sales position

  • Basic clinical knowledge of eye anatomy, diseases, progression, and treatment options

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
