Godwin Obali Nwekoyo, Esq., obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Ebonyi State University in 2006. He proceeded to Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus where he obtained his Barrister-At- Law (BL) Certificate in 2007.
He is the Head, Receivership & Insolvency Practice in the Law Firm. He has acted as Receiver/Manager for notable Financial Institutions and Government Agencies like: Fidelity Bank Plc, Sterling Bank Plc, First Bank Limited, GTCO (formerly GTBank Plc) and Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON).
He is experienced in takeovers and insolvency resolutions. He has carried out various Receivership exercises wherein he resolved and recovered several billions of naira for clients
