Charles Okechukwu was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019 after graduating with 2nd Class Honours at both the University of Nigeria and the Nigerian Law School, Enugu.

He has drafted, reviewed and negotiated various property agreements including Construction Agreements, Reclamation Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements.

He represented clients in several high-profile legal proceedings at the State and Federal High Courts, National Industrial Court and the Court of Appeal.

Beyond legal proceedings in various courts, he has successfully filed and processed transborder intellectual property applications for foreign and local clients and has investigated and mediated on intellectual property rights infringements on behalf of Mitsubishi Jidosha Koyo Kabushiki Kaishi (Mitsubishi Motors Corporation), in a bid to avoid costly litigation.
